Chelsey at Industry (“I,” “me”) is an esthetics business run by Chelsey Feurtado at Industry Hair Studio, 601 Capitola Ave, Capitola, CA 95010. This policy explains how I handle your information when you visit chelseyatindustry.com, book an appointment, or message me, including through Google Business Profile messaging.

What I collect: your name, phone number, email, appointment history, and anything you share on intake forms or in messages, such as skin sensitivities or service preferences.

How I use it: to schedule and confirm appointments, answer your questions, provide safe services, and send occasional updates. You can opt out of updates anytime.

Messaging and AI: When you message me through Google, some replies may come from an automated AI assistant. It uses my business information to answer common questions like hours, services, pricing, and booking. Google processes these messages under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Please don’t send sensitive health or payment details by message.

Sharing: I never sell or rent your information. I only share it with the tools I use to run my business, such as my booking system, payment processor, and Google, and when the law requires it.

Security and retention: I take reasonable steps to protect your information. I keep it only as long as I need it for your care and my business records.

Your choices: You can ask me to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing chelseycueva@gmail.com.

Changes: If I update this policy, I’ll post the new version on this page.
