These terms apply when you use chelseyatindustry.com, message Chelsey at Industry (including through Google Business Profile messaging), or book a service. Using these services means you agree to these terms.

Information only: Website content and message replies are general information. They aren’t medical advice. Final service recommendations happen at your appointment.

Automated replies: Some messages may be answered by an AI assistant. I do my best to keep its information accurate, but prices, availability, and policies are confirmed only when you book or at your appointment. If anything conflicts, my booking confirmation and in-person information take priority.

Appointments: You agree to give accurate information on intake forms, including allergies, sensitivities, and medications that could affect your service. I may decline or adjust a service when that’s needed for your safety.

Cancellations: My current cancellation and late policy is shown at booking and on my website.

Respectful use: Please don’t use messaging for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes. I may stop responding to messages that do.

Liability: To the extent the law allows, Chelsey at Industry is not responsible for indirect damages from your use of the website or messaging.

Governing law: These terms are governed by California law.
